On November 4th, the online store "diskunion.net" introduces "WorldShopping BIZ Checkout," a purchasing agent and cross-border EC service for overseas residents, enabling users in 125 countries to shop online.
diskunion.net, the online store of Disk Union Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / CEO: Masahiko Hirohata) will introduce and start providing the "WorldShopping BIZ Checkout" service for overseas residents on November 4, 2021 (Thursday). This service is available in 125 countries worldwide, and all "new products" listed on the online store are eligible for purchases. (“Used” second-hand products are not eligible.)
This system is a cross-border EC support system that connects Japan with 125 countries around the world. When the "Disk Union Online Shop" is accessed from overseas, it automatically switches to a screen exclusively for overseas users, from which they can select and shop for products. Japanese, English, and Chinese (both simplified and traditional) are supported, and PayPal, Alipay, and UnionPay are accepted in addition to credit cards.
By introducing this system, we will expand the points of contact with our customers, and create a global shopping environment where core music fans living overseas and customers who once came to Japan to shop can continue to shop at the Disk Union Online Shop after returning to their home countries.
